If one on one instruction is what you seek, Back to Basics offers private hands-on cooking  or baking classes. Treat yourself to a private, custom-designed cooking class where you choose the skills you want to learn.  This class is also a great option for a couples date.

Back to Basics Baking Folk School can help those who seek to expand their baking skills to include sourdough, artisan bread, biscuits, focaccia and more.  Classes will teach the fundamentals of baking bread as well as learning special techniques which will help take your bread baking skills to the next level.  You will learn how to create your own sourdough starter, correct kneading techniques, artisan bread scoring and so much more.  At the end of each artisan bread class, you will take home your own fresh baked loaf of bread and the skills to bake artisan breads for your family and friends.
