    Each student will create one loaf of bread and learn the skill of churning butter. Class Begins at 9:00 AM and lasts approximately 4-5 hours. $75
  2. Biscuit Making
    Biscuit Baking Class
    Biscuit & Butter
    You will learn the basic process and a few special techniques of biscuit making and churning butter. 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM $50
  3. Pasta Class
    Pasta Making Class
    Pasta Making
    Starting with flour, egg and water. Class will learn techniques of homemade pasta. 9:00 AM - 11:30 PM $75
  4. Artisan Bread
    Artisan Bread Class
    Artisan Bread
    Learn the process of making Artisan Bread the easy way. Class begins at 9:00 AM and lasts approximately 3-4 hours. $80
  5. Canning Class

    Canning Class
    Each student will participate in the complete canning process and take home one of the jars of processed food. Class Begins at 9:00 AM and lasts approximately 3-4 hours. $75
  6. Focaccia
    Focaccia Artisan Bread Class
    Focaccia
    Focaccia is a beautiful, light, airy bread. Each student will create one loaf of focaccia bread. Class Begins at 9:00 AM and lasts approximately 5-6 hours. $75
